HERE'S HOW THE BIRTHDAY WORKS:

FIRST
We need you to fill the form below
SECOND
The Birthday party must be on a SATURDAY NIGHT in the birthday month. (within 30 days of your actual birth date)
THIRD
You may invite as many friends to attend your Birthday 
(a minimum of 10 guests total are required per party)
FOURTH
All Birthday parties must arrive before 11pm.

Space is limited so book as soon as possible in order to have your choice of dates.
This offer only applies for Saturday nights only.
All guest must be have proper ID.
All guests must arrive before 11pm for your Admission Passes be valid.
Remember to let your friends know about the party on the date that you have chosen.
Birthday Parties are not valid on special events or holidays.
Please no multiple email or re-registrations and all fields must contain valid information to qualify.
